  • Doctorate in Science and Technology in Environmental Engineering, accredited by the Mexican Postgraduate Quality Program SEP-CONACYT (PNPC), at the Center for Research and Assistance in Technology and Design (CIATEJ).
  • Applied research related with Watershed Management and Integrated Water Resources Management under the context of climate change through Hydrological Modelling and Geographic Information Systems.
  • Research stay in the Department of Aquatic Ecosystem Analysis (ASAM) at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research – UFZ, Magdeburg, Germany.
  • Master degree in Science and Technology in Environmental Engineering, accredited by the Mexican Postgraduate Quality Program SEP-CONACYT (PNPC), at the Center for Research and Assistance in Technology and Design (CIATEJ).
  • Applied research related with Watershed Management and Sustainable Water Management for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
  • Training workshop in hydrological modeling, given by The Department of Environmental Modeling Research Laboratory at the Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah, United States.
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, at the Technological Institute of Queretaro. The Technological Institute of Queretaro belongs to The National System of Technological Institutes of México.
  • More than 5 years of experience in research, design, implementation and management of sustainable development strategies, programs and projects as Senior Specialist – Researcher in Watershed Management and Water Resources.
  • Training Workshop in Watershed Condition Framework for Assessing and tracking changes given by Us Forest Services.
  • Participation in the workshop Watershed Management given by the University of Montana and the US Forest Services in Santiago of Chile.

Participation in the International Alumni Expert Seminar in “Climate related challenges in Water Management from floods to low water (droughts) in Latin America” given by the University of Siegen in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
