Carmina Villareal Milchorena holds a Bachelor in Economy from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). She is part of MGI since 2020 as a member of the local team. Carmina has the role of the Sustainable Development Leadership at IMPLAN Saltillo.
Her work consists in supporting the local leader of the City Lab Saltillo, organizing on-site processes, and managing the contact with local stakeholders. She also reviews indicators, final reports, and the overall technical process of the City Lab.
As an economist, Carmina’s general field of expertise is regional economy and advanced data analysis.
